Codie joined the firm as a paralegal in July 2023. Prior to joining Bower Bailey, she graduated from the University of Reading with a First-Class Honors degree in history. Codie then completed an MA Law conversion course before passing the Solicitors Qualifying Examination in 2024.
Codie commenced her training contract with the firm in March 2025.
Recent Work
Codie commenced her training in the residential property team where she gained valuable experience assisting on a range of matters, including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, as well as new build transactions.
Since January 2026, Codie has been working in the family team assisting with divorce matters, including financial arrangements and issues relating to children.
Personal interests
Outside of work, Codie enjoys walking her dog, reading and going to the gym.
